Job Description

We are looking for a energetic individual to join our Gauteng team as a Branch administrator. The Potential incumbent of this position should posses the following Qualities Technical skills 1) Proficiency in Microsoft office packages such as excel, word and outlook (intermediate) 2) Experience in working with accounting systems (preferably SAP) General Skills 1) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 2) Good time management and organisation skills 3) High attention to detail 4) Professionalism and reliable Job related skills 1) Ability to collect and chase after debtors 2) Handing of customer queries, including investigating complaints, sending invoices / statements / PODs 3) Intermediate administrative skills, such as verifying and sorting documents, 4) At least 3 years working experience, preferably working and dealing with customers or a finance related role.
