You will deliver an innovative curriculum that blends traditional resistant materials with CAD/CAM, robotics, and sustainable design principles. Excellent workshop provision includes CNC routers, laser cutters, a suite of Ultimaker 3D printers, and a collaboration space shared with the Computing department for cross-disciplinary projects. * Consistently high GCSE & A-Level ALPS scores and strong progression to Russell Group engineering courses. * Active participation in F1 in Schools, VEX Robotics, and the Arkwright Engineering Scholarship programme. * Leadership committed to ongoing capital investment and staff development, with potential to lead KS5 Engineering within a year. Candidates must hold QTS and a relevant design/engineering degree; industry experience is highly desirable. Enhanced DBS required
