Site Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a small, privately-owned housebuilder delivering high-specification homes in South Oxfordshire. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in building exceptional homes, values quality over quantity, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional team. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundworks to completion * Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure timely, high-quality delivery * Ensure works are completed to a high standard and in line with design specifications * Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient site at all times * Work closely with the company director and design team Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on small-scale, high-spec residential developments * Background in working with private developers or bespoke housebuilders (not volume build) * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering a premium product * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications Package: * £70,000 salary * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Opportunity to take real ownership of a quality-driven project * Long-term pipeline of bespoke developments If you’re an experienced Site Manager looking to work with a business that values craftsmanship and quality, apply today with your CV or get in touch for more information
