Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator Salary: Up to £28,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne We are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator. This is a key role supporting customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating projects from enquiry through to delivery. What you will be doing: * Handle customer calls regarding product information * Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on specifications. * Liaise with customers on project updates, delivery schedules, and technical queries. * Collaborate with the design team to price and quote bespoke projects. * Input and code orders ready for operations. * Provide aftercare support including returns, technical advice, and repeat orders. * Work closely with the Sales team to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries. * Convert technical drawings/schematics into working quotations.
