IT Operations Specialist London Fully onsite initially, then hybrid £35,000 - £43,000 Benefits IT Operations Specialist Our client is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. Key Responsibilities Support the Bank’s IT systems and applications in line with established operational standards Provide first-line IT support to users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Support and maintain PC networks and IT infrastructure Administer and support Office 365 applications and Microsoft Teams Maintain and support the group AV systems Manage user access, including onboarding and offboarding Oversee mobile device management Perform laptop and desktop imaging using SCCM Support and manage Uniflow printing systems Experience and Skills Proven experience in IT within the banking or financial services industry Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and associated tools Experience with IT service management applications Hands-on experience with software deployment via SCCM ITIL certification is advantageous Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
