Empowering Learning are excited to be working with a School in North Oxfordshire, who urgently need a temporary teacher of English. About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain classroom experience and support the learning journey of students. As a supply teacher, you will: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher. Be in control of your working week Gain experience in a variety of different settings Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment. Support students in completing tasks and maintaining their focus. What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting. Who wants to help schools and students alike, to achieve their goals Someone who wants to work with different schools and embrace each day as their best day Is confident in managing groups of students across various year groups and subjects.
