M&E Project Manager M&E Project Manager needed on a permanent basis for a single-site project based in London, close to City of London, Westminster, Whitechapel, Marylebone and Camden Town. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced M&E Project Manager to take full ownership of a major project on a prestigious site in Central London. This is a permanent position based solely on one site, offering stability, responsibility, and long-term progression within a leading building services contractor. Duties • Manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical aspects of the project from inception through to completion • Liaise directly with the client, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery • Oversee sub-contractors and direct labour on-site, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard • Monitor and manage programme, quality, and commercial performance • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and site regulations • Produce regular progress reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders The successful M&E Project Manager will have the following: • Extensive experience delivering full M&E packages as a Project Manager • Strong technical knowledge in both mechanical and electrical systems • Previously worked their way up from a trade or engineering background • Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services • Must be confident leading on-site delivery and solving technical issues • Comfortable being based full-time on one site in Central London Salary – £75K-£85K DOE Start Date – ASAP Length – PERM If you are an experienced M&E Project Manager based in or around City of London, Westminster, Whitechapel, Marylebone or Camden Town and are looking to lead a flagship project from start to finish – APPLY NOW To apply for this role, please contact Tommy Tainton
