Revit Technician - Building Services Manchester CTJ28 £30,000 - £40,000 A growing and innovative building services consultancy is looking for a Revit Technician to join its vibrant Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically capable individual to contribute to a variety of cutting-edge projects in sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education. The Role: Develop and manage detailed Revit models for MEP building services Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and public health engineers to ensure seamless design integration Support the delivery of BIM Level 2 projects, following industry standards and internal protocols Produce accurate technical drawings, layouts, and schematics Work closely with design engineers and project managers to ensure outputs meet programme and quality expectations Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection exercises as requiredThe ideal candidate will have: Proven experience using Revit MEP in a professional environment Understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, public health) within the UK construction industry Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM processes (Navisworks, COBie, etc. is a plus) Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving 1-3 year of experience in a similar role Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Building Services, Engineering, or a relevant fieldBenefits: Competitive salary based on experience Flexible and hybrid working arrangements A friendly, supportive work environment with real career progression opportunities Access to high-profile projects and cutting-edge digital design tools Ongoing training and development in BIM standards, software, and project workflowsIf you are interested in this Revit Technician role, please send your cv to (url removed)
