Electrical Project/Site Manager - Building ServicesLocation: Sunderland Rate: Circa £30/hour Contract: Temporary/Interim Engagement: Umbrella PAYE or Ltd Company Start: ASAP We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in MEP building services, looking to take ownership of electrical works across commercial or industrial sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical installations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Maintain site documentation, including RAMS and progress reports Monitor quality, timelines, and resource allocation Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issuesRequirements: Proven experience in electrical site management within building services SMSTS certification (essential) Additional H&S certifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, IOSH/NEBOSH) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
