What We're Looking For: Strong expertise in 3D modelling software (e.g., Fusion 360, TinkerCAD, Blender, or similar) In-depth knowledge of additive manufacturing processes and materials Experience maintaining and operating 3D printers and related lab equipment Previous teaching or workshop facilitation experience, ideally as a 3D Print and Design Lecturer in a college or SEN setting A passion for supporting learners with additional needs (ASD, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD desirable) In This 3D Print and Design Lecturer Role, You Will: Deliver practical sessions in 3D modelling, design thinking, and additive manufacturing techniques Supervise hands-on studio projects that promote creativity, independence, and problem-solving Maintain and manage the college's 3D printing lab, ensuring safe and effective use Work closely with SEN teaching staff to link technical learning to EHCP objectives Foster a calm, inclusive, and inspiring creative environment in Erdington This is more than a technical teaching role - it's a chance to inspire, guide, and equip students with future-ready skills in design and innovation.
