Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Location: London (W1) Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) Performance Bonus My client is a boutique construction and project delivery company specialising in high-end commercial fit-outs and bespoke interiors. They are passionate about design-led execution and delivering spaces that showcase innovation and quality. They are growing and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our pre-construction team. If you’re experienced in producing competitive, commercially viable tenders and quotations, this could be your next great opportunity! What You’ll Do: * Prepare detailed cost plans and quotations for tenders, negotiated projects, and direct awards * Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors * Conduct site visits and review project scopes * Value engineer proposals to meet client budgets and expectations * Support bid submissions and tender clarifications * Maintain and update cost libraries and benchmarks * Work closely with Contracts Managers to align pricing with project delivery * Assist with project handovers to operational teams What We’re Looking For: * 3 years’ experience in commercial build or fit-out quantity surveying/estimating * Strong understanding of construction costs, market rates, and procurement * Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in Excel (Bluebeam, ConQuest or similar is a plus) * Attention to detail and excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, design-led environment * HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field What We Offer: * Salary £45,000 – £60,000 DOE annual performance bonus * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension scheme * Hybrid working model * Opportunities for career growth into senior commercial or pre-construction roles Please get in contact if you are interested
