Job title : Commercial Accelerator Product Owner – Web Platform Product Owner Location: Paris Hybrid Work - 60% office based, 40% remote Full Time - Permanent About the job As a Product Owner for the Omnichannel Suite - Web Platform, you will be at the forefront of Sanofi's digital transformation. This critical product within our digital portfolio enables global execution of our Marketing Suite, allowing us to engage customers and patients through high-impact digital channels. You will play a key role in shaping and driving Sanofi's digital omnichannel strategy, working in a dynamic environment that demands innovation and adaptability. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our marketing effectiveness and ultimately improve patient outcomes worldwide. In this role, you will lead the platform web product team, driving new feature deployments for Accelerator Experience Streams and Sanofi brands across various regions. As the Product Owner , you'll work closely with internal marketing teams and experience stream stakeholders to deeply understand their web needs and challenges. Your insights will be crucial in optimizing how these teams leverage web technologies to achieve Sanofi's “Take the Lead' strategies. This collaborative role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to drive the Marketing Web Platform's evolution and maximize its impact on Sanofi's digital marketing efforts. You as Product Owner You will be a senior leader and act as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with the delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact. Your key responsibilities will be to: Product Vision & Strategy Customer & Stakeholder Management Product Development & Delivery Technical Platform Management Compliance & Risk Management About you You’ll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company. As well as experience of: Strong platform-building experience with a focus on scalability and standardization Experience managing technical products with multiple integrations Understanding of web technologies, architecture, infrastructure and frameworks Knowledge of API integration and service-oriented architecture Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices Experience with backlog management and prioritization Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of omnichannel marketing concepts You’ll also need the following skills and qualifications: Fluent in English and French Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills Strong project management skills Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field Why choose us?
