We’re seeking a strategic Director of Engineering with RF Module Design to lead the full lifecycle of high-performance satellite communication systems—from concept to delivery based in Cannes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The team designs and manufactures Oscillators, Receivers and Transceivers that enable satellite-ground and inter-satellite communication for some of the globes biggest telecommunications companies. What You’ll Do: Manage a global team of 25 engineers, project managers, and system leaders Oversee $20M in annual product revenue Lead customer-driven development and go-to-market strategies Drive product profitability, roadmap execution, and market positioning Own project delivery with budgets from $100K–$1M Bridge R&D, pre-sales, and business development What You Bring: Proven experience managing complex tech product lines (preferably in Aerospace, Defence, or Telecom) Strong technical background in RF technologies.
