We are looking for Software Engineer, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Strong skills in project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Experience working in Agile and Scrum frameworks. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage offshore/nearshore delivery models. ü Familiarity with Appian delivery lifecycle, environments, and CI/CD concepts. Project governance skills, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and reporting. Experience managing scope, budget, and resource allocation effectively. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. And much better if you stand out for: Appian certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher) is a plus Experience in pre-sales or working closely with commercial teams.
