Network Sales Manager (IT/Security)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT and security industry. Manage and lead a team of network sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in network sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the IT and security industry. Strong understanding of network solutions and security products. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) are preferred.
