Requirements: 2 years of experience as Tech Lead Strong written and verbal communication skills, interacting with Product, Design, and Backend teams Experience and knowledge across all phases of the software development lifecycle Deep understanding of current IT practices and software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile Engish Intemediate Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop applications using Java (17) Design systems based on event-driven architecture implement secure authentication using OAuth2 Build front-end or full-stack solutions with JavaScript apply Server-Driven UI (SDUI) concepts Execute Consumer-Driven Contract (CDC) testing work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, DB2) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis) Design, develop, implement, and consume RESTful services Utilize the Spring Framework for back-end development configure CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and enforce code quality with Sonar, Checkmarx, and Fortify Monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, etc. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle apply modern IT practices and agile methodologies such as Scrum What’s in for you?
