SANJP00005309 Jr Financial Analyst Location: Remote Mexico Resource needed to assist the CIO Business management team with the support of the financial requests for the contracts for the area. Will be responsible of expense requests and contracts status: Will be working with project managers to get all the information needed for the specific request Will submit Expense Requests in the system making sure all the documents and data is correct Will be working with different teams such as Procurement, Contracts and Legal to have contracts signed on time He/She will be an expert on the team and source of reference for other members of the CIO funding team. He/She will coordinate and build relationships with external teams and internal financial stewards to ensure a seamless funding process/service. 2 years of experience in Finance Must have requirements: Previous experience with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc) Organized, multitasking and highly detail-oriented Great communication skills Ability to constructively work both independently and in collaborative environments involving all levels of management and employees Fluent in English
