We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our EME Customer Service team. Responsibilities Manage complex installations and projects, ensuring deliverables meet client needs for data analysis, workflow improvements, and timely patient results. Support pre-installation inspections, workflow and architecture analysis of LIS environments, focusing on interoperability and connectivity. Build and validate deployment standards including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget. Communicate IT workflows and configurations effectively to project teams. Support on-site project execution and manage pilot projects to extend standard practices across EME teams. Coordinate IT activities in the field, prioritize needs, source internal support, and build cross-functional teams. Develop the future IT platform in EME, assessing expertise and implementing development plans. Mentor IT field personnel with hardware/software configurations and workflow mapping. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and customer feedback integration. Qualifications Higher education in Engineering or IT with at least 5 years of experience in customer support, connectivity, and project management. Expertise in system interoperability, LIS/LIMS environment, middleware, and laboratory informatics. Strong understanding of IT architecture, data security (GDPR), and cybersecurity. Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder liaison skills. Hands-on approach with ability to decompose complex projects. Effective influencing and communication skills across all levels.
