Luxury Product Specialist

This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who possess a strong passion for fashion and luxury products. Main Responsibilities : Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across multiple categories or lines, showcasing expertise to drive sales. Utilize advanced product knowledge to provide detailed information and advice to clients, enhancing their shopping experience. Build long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and mentorship. Restock and arrange products in an aesthetically pleasing manner following sales. Provide expert product and service information, offer excellent customer service, and serve as a model for new talent. Deliver product line training and mentorship to new team members, ensuring seamless onboarding. Requirements : Previous experience in the fashion industry, preferably in luxury boutiques. In-depth knowledge of products and selling techniques. University education or degree from a reputable Fashion school. Proficiency in English (C1-C2) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
