Service Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities Analyze and cluster root causes and corrective actions to identify patterns in service cases. Integrate identified patterns into product and service improvement processes. Continuously monitor the charger fleet to maintain an up-to-date overview and detect emerging trends. Develop and implement automated pattern recognition systems to enable real-time responses to service issues. Your Qualifications & Skills Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, including statistics, data exploration, and visualization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or R. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment. Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills to ensure cross-functional engagement and commitment.
