About the role In this role, you will will join the Finance Team and will mainly be responsible for managing the accounts payable cycle, banking operations, and VAT, reporting directly to the Head of accounting. Main responsibilities : After an appropriate onboarding period, you will be responsible for : Bookkeeping of Italian, foreign, EU (intra-community), and customs invoices Issuing self-invoices and sending them to the SDI (Italian Interchange System) Verifying delivery notes / warehouse incoming goods with received invoices Asset accounting Managing supplier payments, RIBA and payment schedule Preparing monthly Intrastat declarations and LIPE communications Managing VAT exemption letter of intent Managing VAT-related issues Performing monthly VAT checks Supporting the Finance Team during monthly and year-end closing Administratively managing the company vehicle fleet in collaboration with the Purchasing Department Profile and skills : Diploma in Accounting or a Bachelor's degree in Economics 5–10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in manufacturing companies Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Teamwork skills and problem-solving attitude Basic knowledge of English, both written and spoken Knowledge of Microsoft ERP systems (Navision, Dynamics, Business Central) will be considered a plus What we offer : A position in a dynamic and growing multinational company 2 days of smart-working per week after probationary period Restaurant tickets Salary package : Based on skills and experience in line with the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry ( CCNL Industria Chimica ) What does Vaxxinova offer you?
