Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations of this exciting concept. Focus on guest and team experience by leading by example, keeping the team motivated, empowered, and confident in delivering top experiences for guests. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop initiatives and incentives, utilizing the guest booking and profiling system to increase revenue. Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth coordination between front of house and back of house. Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager for daily operations and maintain financial and administrative records. Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements. Ensure proper food presentation and handling, and maintain inventory to boost sales. Manage scheduling and adhere to the budgeted labor costs. Oversee the smooth running of service on the floor and bar, including safe opening and closing procedures. Implement training, coaching, feedback, and briefings to uphold standards throughout the team.
