Job Description Role Objective The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and finalizing assigned engineering projects in line with site priorities, respecting timelines, costs, and quality standards. The role requires autonomy in managing projects in a dynamic context regulated by GMP standards. Main Responsibilities Participates to the preparation of the investment plan of the Site defining the budget and the timing of each specific project. Responsible for specific engineering or extraordinary maintenance projects related to revamping and new installations of systems, equipment and site utilities. Assure the implementation of the engineering projects respecting times and costs. Defines the budget, scheduling and supervises the execution the engineering plans, including equipment and utilities qualification. Executes and/or oversees the engineering activities related to projects, ensuring the adoption of engineering and quality company standards. Defines the User Requirements Specification and the Technical Specifications of relevant items (equipment, layout, P&ID, instruments), in cooperation with all the relevant Site stakeholders. Oversees the installation of instrumentation and equipment at the site. Responsible for opening and evaluating deviations and change control and for CAPA opening and execution related to engineering and maintenance. Manages relationships with customers and suppliers and the relevant stakeholders. Ensures that the staff and the external contractors work according to GMP rules and TAPI Engineering Guidelines. If relevant, in line with Human Resources Department policy, ensures the motivation and development of member staff. Proposes and takes appropriate action, where necessary. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (maintenance, production, quality, HSE). Qualifications Role Requirements Education Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical). Experience 3-5 years in engineering and maintenance in API or chemical and pharmaceutical industry . Experience in autonomous management of CAPEX projects. Knowledge of GMP and GEP regulations. Technical Skills Project Management. Knowledge of API plants. Familiarity with IT systems and technical design tools. Fluent English. Soft Skills Excellent organizational and communication skills. Problem solving and stress management. Teamwork and stakeholder management.
