Financial Accountant

N-And Italia S.r.l., a production company of the N-and Group LTD Group, based in England, is looking for a person to fill the role of Financial Accountant . The task involves collecting and recording documentation related to corporate financial flows, with the ability to autonomously manage accounting processes to ensure compliance with corporate procedures and fiscal obligations. The candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager of N-And Italia and cooperate with team members across the group, including subsidiaries, requiring fluency in English. Gross annual salary: Euro 26,000 Employment contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week Monthly pay: 13 payments per year Contract: Metalworkers National Collective Labor Agreement Place of work: Pognano / Smart Working Main responsibilities: Bookkeeping, ledger management, payroll cycles, fixed assets depreciation, customer and supplier accounting, and assisting in monthly financial statement closures. Control and management of administrative and accounting documents, invoice registration, and analysis of supplier/customer aging reports. Ensure accuracy of SAP records to produce correct financial statements and compliance with GAAP. Preparation of periodic and annual tax returns, including VAT, intra-EU and extra-EU transactions, INTRASTAT, and related communications. Preparation of intercompany reconciliations. Treasury management and cash flow cooperation. Inventory accounting analysis, including purchase and load/unload checks and valorization. Implementation of accounting and fiscal procedures in compliance with local and national regulations. Drafting ad hoc financial control reports as directed by the Accounting Manager. Participation in defining company policies for compliance and consistency. Performing other relevant administrative activities as needed. Essential requirements: Degree in Economics or related field. Excellent knowledge of ITA GAAP principles. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of SAP Business One. Knowledge of additional languages.
