Cynet is looking to hire a talented, passionate, energetic, self-motivated Security Sales Engineer in Italy to support its Business Development activities in Italy and Eastern Europe. The primary responsibility is to drive and manage the technological evaluation stage of prospects, working closely with the sales team as a technical adviser and product expert. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technically oriented prospects throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate technical requirements in the Sales process. Become a trusted advisor for prospects and partners. Perform business and technical needs discovery, and demonstrate the Cynet solution face-to-face and via web sessions. Present the Cynet solution at face-to-face meetings, field events, and web sessions. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/Ps. Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams. Design and implement solutions according to customer’s technical and business needs. Deploy and implement Cynet solutions, from planning to installation and resolving deployment issues. Understand the Attack lifecycle and how Cynet solutions address these issues. Demonstrate and articulate Cynet solutions and position products relative to competitors through presentations and discussions with architectural groups, business units, and C-Level executives. Requirements Prior pre-sales experience in Security. Experience in Network Security or IT Security solutions. Knowledge of security industry trends, products, solutions, IT governance, risk management, endpoint solutions, and compliance. Knowledge of Endpoint Security related to the Attack lifecycle. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively to large groups. Ability to understand business problems of C-level executives and present solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience supporting pre-sales and sales organizations. Experience working with Product Management and Support teams. Strategic technical selling skills and understanding customer expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with administering and architecting endpoint security-based cloud solutions. Nice to Have Pre-sales experience in Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR Suites. Experience in attack simulation. Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, API programming). Experience in Eastern European countries and/or Iberia. Spanish language skills.
