As part of our continued growth across Italy, we are seeking a Senior Field Service & Training Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in technical training, customer service excellence, and stakeholder support. Your Impact As a Senior Field Service & Training Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the delivery of impactful technical training and service support across Italy. By equipping installers, service partners, and internal teams with expert knowledge, you will directly enhance customer satisfaction, reinforce service quality, and support the success of commercial operations. What You’ll Do Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to installers, multibrand agencies, customers, and internal staff Tailor training materials to blend technical depth with commercial relevance Facilitate in-person and virtual training, driving high engagement and knowledge retention Technical Service & Coordination: Oversee a network of 20 Grohe Technical Assistance Centers across Italy Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement Manage partner alignment with service standards and company policy Support trade fairs, roadshows, and retail events with live product demos Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical insights and increase engagement Remote Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and consultancy via phone/email Track recurring issues and share findings to enhance product and service delivery Quality Control & Communication: Conduct service quality audits and gather user feedback Manage complaints, returns, and logistics for defective products Ensure transparent communication of product updates to stakeholders What You’ll Need Previous experience in field service, technical support, or training roles Strong knowledge of product installation and servicing (preferably in bathroom/building solutions) Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences Experience delivering in-person and remote training sessions Customer-first mindset, with a solution-oriented approach Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions Other Requirements: Intermediate English (spoken and written) Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic SAP Willingness to travel regularly across Italy What We Offer Permanent contract Competitive salary and benefits €9 daily meal vouchers Company car Hybrid working model (remote field) A young, collaborative, and innovative work culture Why LIXIL?
