Job Description

Location: Campoverde di Aprilia, Italy Type: Full Time Hours: 8 hours per day Skills & Responsibilities BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is seeking a full-time on-site IT Support Specialist in Italy. Provide first and second level support for customer issues. Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues. Communicate issue status and resolutions promptly. Maintain ticket updates for all incidents. Support and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010; familiarity with Cisco Jabber. Basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Conduct repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues. Have a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. Ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Requirements Valid work permit. Extensive IT knowledge and experience. Several years of relevant experience preferred. Italian language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
