Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Join our team to work on projects for major national and international clients in the Telco and Media sectors. Your role includes: Guiding clients in defining solutions aligned with their needs, supporting their digital transformation and innovation; Designing Customer Engagement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, utilizing best practices for standard product reuse; Implementing and deploying new features, participating in projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies. Ideal candidate profile: Professionals with 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and PVA, with proven functional and technical knowledge. Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Power Platform components, and programming with Microsoft .NET framework is required. Certifications in these technologies and experience in medium/high complexity projects on cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement and Power Platform are preferred.
