Job Description

Solution finder and support for all functions to detail the actions and projects included in the Platform strategy regarding New Product Launches and ongoing product monitoring. Owner of major KPIs such as Time to Market, Quality, Margin targets, ISO norming, FMEA / Design reviews, and metrics to track progress, define priorities, and ensure consistency with Financial metrics (Actuals / Budget). Proactive driver for Platform and supporting Business functions such as Manufacturing, Product Development, and Quality. The position reports directly to the Platform Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather information for status updates, milestone reviews, readiness reviews, interfacing with Platform team members and supporting Business. Manage schedules and monitor activity progress to ensure delivery of expected results according to the original plan (Investment, BOM, new part release status, specifications, FMEA plan, test plans, sourcing plan, Manufacturing Process Plan, PPAP Plan, etc.). Identify risks and roadblocks; propose solutions and escalate to Platform Management. Ensure alignment of functions and partners to address critical topics and develop recovery/contingency plans. Prepare project updates and maintain documentation. Drive ongoing product care from launch to launch with solid project management and social skills. Support AMS activities and customer care problem-solving. Bridge technical knowledge and financial impacts; serve as a sparring partner and driver for New Product Launch within Manufacturing and early Product Development stages. KEY COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a financial emphasis. Experience in managing programs within the Capital Goods Industry. Proven project management skills. Motivated self-starter with good relation skills across multidisciplinary teams. Independently manage workload with excellent time management. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Organized with experience in KPI definition and monitoring. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels. Good interpersonal skills and team orientation. Background in Agriculture / Farming environment is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Can-do attitude, team player, capable of working with minimal supervision and taking leadership roles when necessary. Customer-focused and results-oriented. Flexible and able to work under pressure. Language requirements: primary Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
