About the Role : Reporting to the Country Security Manager and the local HR Manager, the Security Coordinator will develop and implement local security strategies concerning People and Assets & Goods, in coordination with Group Security. This role involves enforcing and continuously improving the Ferrero Security Management System at the local level, ensuring effective protection of Ferrero’s People, Physical Assets, Goods, Key Processes, and know-how through a risk mitigation and cost-conscious approach. Responsibilities include managing various security aspects such as Local Security Intelligence, Physical Security, Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training, and Threat and Risk Assessments across production facilities, offices, warehouses, and all local business operations in collaboration with Group Security. The Security Coordinator will promote improvement actions and share best practices within the Security community in the area. Plan, develop, and implement local security plans and programs, including Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management, and Investigations, aligned with Group security guidelines. Collaborate effectively with Group Security, local management, and other functions to address security issues promptly. Lead internal investigations related to violations of law, breaches of ethics, theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, embezzlement, or unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information. Conduct periodic security assessments and deploy measures to mitigate risks. Perform annual risk analyses considering crime levels, terrorism, workplace violence, medical issues, and threats from natural and man-made disasters. Provide leadership, advice, and counsel to local management on security policies, practices, and resource expenditures to protect Ferrero assets. Establish and maintain communication channels with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security organizations at various levels. Manage and supervise security services at production sites, developing and implementing security procedures in line with Ferrero policies. Who we are looking for : The ideal candidate will be an experienced security management professional, committed to a system based on Group values, diversity, inclusion, and empowerment. They should be a self-starter capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. REQUIRED : High school diploma; a degree is preferred. Relevant experience in workplace security. Strong analytical skills and business acumen to identify issues and propose solutions. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
