We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the indicated area. The position requires good technical and management experience and the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities As a Technical Consultant, you fulfill a crucial role within EPLAN. Your expertise helps our Italian customers realize their ambitions and goals. You analyze customer processes and know how to bridge the gap between our solutions and the customer's needs. Thanks to your thorough knowledge of engineering processes, you know how to convert customer problems into a clear and workable plan of action. You carry out implementation projects yourself, including configuring and adapting the software to the customer's specific requirements. You are the link between (pre)sales and after-sales. Even after implementation, you offer customers continuous support to ensure they get the most out of our software. As an EPLAN expert, you provide specialized training courses, seminars, and workshops at customers' premises or during events. You work together with the development team to convey customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. Requirements Master's degree in industrial automation or a similar technical field. You know how engineering departments are organized, as you have at least 5 years' experience as an engineer in various fields. A few years of (user) experience with EPLAN applications or other ECAD is a plus, but you will be given time to complete a tailor-made onboarding process. You are a team player with creativity and dynamism who can communicate across departments and companies smoothly. You can work proactively, independently, and meticulously with attention to detail. Your communication, listening, and presentation skills are above average, and you speak fluent Italian and English. You are flexible, dynamic, and possess a strong personality.
