We operate in Customer Engagement, specializing in system development and implementing major IT transformation projects in Customer Relationship Management (Campaign Management, Customer Journey, Customer Service, Sales, Post-Sales, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management). Ideal profile: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM and TPM projects based on Salesforce Consumer Goods platform, including: Requirements gathering. Knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM. Familiarity with major Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud). End-to-end process management from requirements collection to deployment. Drafting technical and functional documentation. Certifications in Salesforce, such as Business Analyst and Salesforce Consumer Goods, are a plus. Nice to have: Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc.). Experience in Agile (preferably Scrum) projects.
