Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Product Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Product Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Product Manager. This talent is responsible for product and communication development lifecycle according to profitability terms, timing and execution processes, within marketing specifications to ensure company new launch goals and terms. Main responsibilities include: Ideation, creation, and implementation of new launches in terms of product development, communication, and activation in store. Management of the product portfolio: defining key product features (packaging, texture), price positioning according to the brand strategy and investments. Analysis of trends, competition, and identification of new consumer insights. Implementation at 360° of launches: communication, retail products, and follow-up of sales. Creation and management of communication campaigns. Support and contribution to digital strategies of collections. Analysis of brand and competitor performance. Analysis of launch performances and implementation of strategies to maximize business objectives. Work in synergy with other company functions involved in brand development: Marketing, PR, Training, Digital, Supply, and Finance. Qualifications needed: Degree or Master in Economics, Marketing, or Business Management. At least 3 years of experience in a product development role for a multinational company. Proven track record in the Beauty industry, across categories (make-up, skincare, fragrances). Good knowledge of the beauty industry, trends, and consumers. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English. Preferred skills: Analytical thinking. Creative thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience building relationships across an organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to re-prioritize to meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to multi-task and be action-oriented. Independent judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to manage change. J-18808-Ljbffr
