Position title: Technical Advisor Bakery Department: Marketing & IC Position title Manager: Customer Experience & Technical Advisors Manager Location: Parma Objective of the role: Develop the Bakery Business Unit by creating recipes and concepts in collaboration with Marketing and Sales, contributing to product development with R&D, demonstrating product quality to clients, and promoting products aligned with the Group's strategy. Key responsibilities: Demonstrate product quality, ensuring the preparation of high-quality finished products. Participate in company and partner events. Provide technical advice on product development and positioning, collaborating with R&D and Marketing. Contribute to creating the corporate image by following and implementing trends (images, brochures, packaging, etc.). Train colleagues, clients, and salespeople on product knowledge and usage. Develop creativity in daily work. Enhance understanding of the market and customer needs. Requirements: Diploma in Gastronomic Sciences, Hotel School, Culinary School with specialization in Baking. At least 2 years of experience as a Demonstration Technician in structured food companies or as an independent Baker. Languages: Italian and English. Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally if necessary. Passion for Baking, good communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, precision, and reliability.
