About the role Exemplar Health Care are looking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated 2nd line I.T Support Technician with excellent communications skills to join our IT Service Desk team. This is a full time position mainly based from our Support Centre In order to apply for the position you must have had a minimum of 3 years experience in a 2nd line support roll. You will be required to take ownership of problems and incidents to perform a technical diagnosis striving to achieve first fix resolution either remotely or on-site. This role requires occasional travel to multiple offices on an ad-hoc basis and will form part of an out of hours on-call rota.
