C++ Developer at BairesDev We seek Senior C++ Developers to join our team and participate in various projects involving multicultural, distributed teams. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company. Developers will face technical challenges involving current technologies across mobile, web, and devices. What You Will Do Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain real-time applications against defined interfaces. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions. Maintain high code quality, design, and performance through refactoring. Participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback. Lead a team of 2 developers. Coordinate with BA, QA, Operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve data quality and performance issues. What We Are Looking For 6 years of software development experience. 5 years of experience with C++. Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
