Purpose: Dealer Facilities creation Dealer facilities maintenance Dealer Closing process follow up Dealer facilities new initiatives implementation Position Tasks & Responsibilities: Gather and process all needed dealer facilities creation. Gather and process all needed data for the Dealer maintenance. Create dealer facilities database, tracking changes, upgrades implementation Maintain control of image suppliers Create inventory management tools about SI materials local and foreign suppliers (logos, letters, totems, light elements, furniture, workshop tools Maintain a close tracking of all measures, capacity installed, facilities location, parking lots, body shops, sales showrooms, branches, matrix, sales point. Create all dealer communication official from OEM to dealers and main tracking of all communications among OEM and dealers on regards all facilities. Knowledge of: Construction principal knowledge Dealer operation management automotive experience Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean certification) is desirable. Management of KPI Scorecards and Dashboards. Complex project management deep knowledge Negotiation skills at all levels of the organization. Strategic planning. Management facilities construction progress skills. Skills: High controlling capabilities High capabilities on the management of big and complex data bases. High level of interpersonal skills to work and interact effectively with others. Resilient. High level abilities to perform complex duties with interpersonal and inter departmental levels. Oral and written communications skills. High target oriented. Excellent negotiations skills. Good communications skills in English (listening, writing, speaking, and reading). High level of reporting skills. Experience / Education: College graduate or equivalent training in Architecture, Civil engineering or Business Management. More than 5 years on construction management projects, ideal dealer development department from other OEM’S management level. Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word,).
