Purpose, Position Tasks & Responsibilities: Dealer data files administration Update all documents link of the dealer/OEM relationship Create and update dealer contracts Collect all new changes of stakeholders on each dealer group and company related with CHMM Manage off hard copy data dealer files Manage all digital data dealer files Administrate new facility tracking records Gathering all official documents about facilities, stake holders, owners, legal representatives, General managers proof of ID and all documents that link owners and staff with Automotive Chirey Business in Mexico Knowledge of: Manage databases Administration and storage skills about digital and hard copy management skills Contact dealer data information management Legal requirements for new companies creation Experience / Education: College graduate or equivalent training in Finance, Accountant or Business Management. More than 3 years on data analytics and data collection. Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
