Change Management Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a significant transformation initiative. This role requires an individual with a strong background in managing change in complex environments, particularly large-scale transformations and the establishment of captive operations. The ideal candidate will be highly independent, proactive, and capable of driving change management strategies and activities with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support large-scale transformation initiatives, including setting up captive centers. Assess organizational readiness and impact of change, identifying risks and mitigation plans. Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training programs to facilitate adoption. Work independently with cross-functional teams and leadership to embed change and sustain new ways of working. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive alignment. Monitor and report on change management progress and effectiveness, adjusting approaches as needed. Collaborate with project managers and other workstream leads to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management. Proven track record of successfully delivering change in large transformation programs. Experience in setting up captive centers or similar complex organizational setups is highly desirable. Strong independent working skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and environments. Industry experience is not mandatory; focus is on change management expertise and execution capability. Preferred Skills: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with change management tools and software.
