Job Description

Location: Remote first, with occasional in-person meetups in CDMX Team: Marketing About the Role We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to help grow Pluria’s online visibility across search engines and emerging AI platforms. From writing SEO content to improving technical performance and building backlinks, you will contribute directly to how people discover and understand our product. What You’ll Do Write and optimize SEO content including blog posts, landing pages, and on-page improvements Identify backlink opportunities and manage outreach Monitor and improve technical SEO including indexing, site speed, crawlability, and schema Track results using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and other tools Explore how Pluria can show up in AI-driven search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity Stay up to date with SEO trends and bring new ideas to the team What We’re Looking For Solid experience with SEO including both technical and content writing Confident using tools like SEMrush, GA4, and Search Console Strong writing skills with a focus on structure, clarity, and SEO value Spanish speaker with deep knowledge of the LatAm market, especially Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina Comfortable working in English, as the team is based in Europe and LatAm Curious about how AI is reshaping search and excited to experiment Why Join Us Remote first and async friendly, with flexibility for focused work We value real connection and make time for in-person collaboration through Pluria workspaces You will join a growing international team where your work is visible and your ideas matter How to Apply To be considered, please send your CV to careers_marketing@pluria.co .
