Key Responsibilities: Ability to manage the business requirements. Communicate procedures how to solve the issues. Delivery of quality solutions and documentation in line with company policies and standards. Create manuals for the teams and users. Evaluate demands and resolver incidents. Ability to teamwork and work under pressure. Manage IT SECURITY services and utilities services (printers, cellphones, firewall, laptops, automate process, Microsoft package and licenses). Skills required: Manage Microsoft 365. Ability to Data Analysis with Excel. Organize IT work materials and utilities. Control security process (authenticator, printers, cellphones, backups, licenses). Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments and levels within the organization. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
