What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead & Inspire : Provide strong vision and leadership to all plant personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. ✔ Operational Excellence : Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. ✔ Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Track and improve metrics such as Safety, Quality, OEE, Delivery, Downtime, Scrap, and Profit & Loss (P&L). ✔ Strategic Planning & Execution : Set SMART goals for each team member, ensuring alignment with business objectives. ✔ Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement cost-reduction and waste-elimination initiatives to improve EBITDA levels. ✔ Process Optimization : Plan and execute engineering, production, and maintenance strategies that boost operational efficiency. ✔ Equipment & Asset Management : Diagnose machinery conditions, implement preventive maintenance measures, and ensure equipment readiness for plant projects. ✔ Quality & Compliance : Maintain and enforce quality management systems while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations. ✔ Safety First : Promote a safety-focused culture, ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and energy policies. ✔ Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with key departments—including HR, Finance, IT, EHS, Continuous Improvement, and Program Management—to drive overall success. ✔ New Product Launches : Actively participate in APQP and Gate Review meetings, ensuring seamless project execution. What We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Experience: Education & Background : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations. 5 years of direct Plant Manager experience. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational strategies. Preferred Experience : Experience working with OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers. Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus. Skills & Competencies : ✅ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management abilities. ✅ Effective communication and facilitation skills across all levels of the organization. ✅ Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred. ✅ Proficiency in manufacturing systems, financial oversight, and project management.
