Job Description

Purpose: The position will be responsible for researching company and individual names for credit file preparation, performing financial statement spreading to determine creditworthiness. Additionally, this role involves conducting lease audit preparation work, reviewing restructure requests, and performing payment research. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Highly proficiency in the English language Previous experience in credit analysis or a related field is preferred but not required. Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Main Functions: Remain compliant to Corporate and Local credit policies and procedures. Used vehicle valuations – Carry out used truck appraisals using external or internal resources/sites to calculate advance and verify within approved guidelines. Payment Research: Investigate payment discrepancies and issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly. Prepare and conduct annual monitoring of facilities and run off that exceeds exposure of 1MM EUR. Send to market for review and final approval LOA. Third Party Leasing – UCC, Lease Audits, and Documentation. Gather and submit relevant third party leasing documentation to legal, along with UCC requests. Submit requests for lease line audits, gather and submit all required documentation to audit team in timely Collaborate with market and/or sales teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange related to credit applications and approvals. Financial Analysis: Perform financial statement spreading to assess the creditworthiness of customers, including borrower aggregation if necessary. Clear any red flags and/or SDN/OFAC hits on applications. Credit File Preparation: Ensure business segment and transaction details entered correctly. Research and gather relevant information on companies and individuals to prepare comprehensive credit files. Verify and ensure all documentation required is on file.
