Your role : We are strengthening the Midrange System Unit and are looking for talented professionals to join the virtualized infrastructure team, specifically within VMware solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve technological and business objectives. Your duties and responsibilities: Design and implement VMware-based solutions to meet business needs. Configure, manage, and maintain VMware systems. Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities to ensure stability and reliability. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the integration of VMware solutions with other technologies. Support security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities or threats. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and changes made to VMware systems. Other duties may be assigned as your role expands. Your skills, experience, and qualifications required: Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of VMware systems. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, handling emergencies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams. VMware certifications, expertise with Microsoft and Red Hat operating systems, experience with other virtualization technologies such as KVM or Nutanix, and knowledge of IT security best practices are a plus.
