How you’ll live your ambition: We’re seeking a talented IT Project Manager for Reservation Systems at our headquarters in Genoa, Italy. Your role will be crucial in managing application portfolios and the evolution roadmap, partnering with business lines, and coordinating IT delivery teams to identify, design, and implement optimal IT solutions to enhance customer experience and process efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Optimizing business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies between IT strategy and business needs. Defining application portfolio strategy and evolution roadmap. Designing software solutions using current technology paradigms. Coordinating application delivery teams and managing vendor relationships. Facilitating team collaboration. Additional duties: Prioritizing projects through effective planning and resource scheduling. Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication between business and technical teams. Safety First: Your innovative thinking and passion for IT will help promote our corporate culture and values, fostering positive relationships with leadership to achieve optimal results. What makes you unique: At least 5 years of experience in global technology program implementation. Bachelor's Degree in STEM or IT; Master’s preferred. Proven track record as Applications Delivery Manager with knowledge of various methodologies. Business analysis and data management skills. Strong knowledge of cloud application delivery. Ability to engage resources internally and externally. Excellent proficiency in Office 365 and collaboration tools. Fluent English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus. Openness, transparency, and receptiveness to feedback. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Natural teamwork skills and inspiring leadership qualities. Openness to diversity and cultural differences. Strong commitment to sustainability.
