AsstrA invites you to work within an ambitious international team! Location: Our Italian office in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo). Main responsibilities: Actively seek new customers in the Italian focus market region, focusing on selling Project Logistics services. Establish and maintain a plan of meetings with customers. Attract new customers, retain existing ones, and develop customer relationships. Work with sales lists and achieve set objectives on time. Conclude and maintain contracts, negotiate payment terms, monitor and update contracts and related agreements, and record all requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system. Identify customer needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, project-based) and record this information in the customer’s portfolio. Evaluate customer satisfaction and address any nonconformities. Use the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales. Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Logistics sales. Good command of English. Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry. Deep understanding of Project Logistics transportation. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
