We are seeking a resource within the Product Engineering Department to ensure the completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets, in compliance with automotive customer requirements. The role involves managing all technical activities related to new product development and existing product improvements, collaborating with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a degree in Management Engineering and possess significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation. Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in English and willingness to undertake international travel are required.
