We are expanding our Customer Success team and are looking for a relationship-driven professional with a technical background to manage our high-value, Italian-speaking Enterprise Customers ($500k ACV). You will be a strategic partner, navigating challenges, creating impactful outcomes, and ensuring mutual success. What will you do? Manage relationships with a portfolio of 5-15 large customers, acting as their advocate within SentinelOne. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to set goals, onboarding plans, and success criteria. Conduct tailored customer interactions, including meetings, health checks, QBRs, and roadmap discussions. Proactively identify and address obstacles to customer success and retention. Keep detailed records of customer engagement within our platform. Travel 1-3 times per quarter as needed. Work remotely from Italy. What skills and knowledge should you bring? Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus. Customer-first mindset with a passion for building trust-based relationships. Experience managing large Enterprise accounts (20,000 employees). Proven ability to manage expectations and deliver satisfaction. Strong technical understanding to address complex challenges. Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences and cultures. Culturally sensitive, empathetic, and professional collaboration skills. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and self-motivation. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Customer Success tools like Totango or Salesforce is a plus.
