Country Manager Expansion & Growth – Italy

You’ll take full ownership of scaling our Italian e-commerce shop – driving revenue, margins, and retention, including P&L responsibility. You create and implement high-performance, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the Italian audience. Your strategic market knowledge will help you identify and leverage key growth opportunities. You build and manage local partnerships with influencers and key market players and explore new sales channels to strengthen our market presence. You work closely with our teams in Germany to localize content, optimize customer experience, and align on campaigns. You track key metrics (e.g., CLV, conversion, CAC) and turn insights into action. You operate with an entrepreneurial drive, taking full ownership and continuously evolving the strategy for the Italian market. Your Profile You’re native to or deeply familiar with the Italian e-commerce landscape. You are based in Germany or Italy. Fluency in the local language and English or German. You have at least 3 years experience in D2C, eCom, or startup / scale-up environments. You’re analytical, customer-centric, and proactive. You love ownership and working cross-functionally in an international setup.
