Job Description
Bulgari S.p.A. , within the Corporate Social Responsibility department based in Rome , is searching for a “CSR Specialist Trainee” to join its dynamic and purpose-driven team. Reporting directly to the Chief Sustainability & Due Diligence Officer, you will be exposed to both the strategic and operational dimensions of sustainability, including key initiatives related to ethical business conduct, environmental stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain due diligence. In this internship role, you will support the CSR team in translating Bulgari’s environmental and social values into tangible initiatives that positively impact our people, communities, and planet. You will actively participate in the execution and continuous improvement of CSR practices and reporting, while gaining exposure to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) challenges and the broader sustainability strategy of the LVMH Group. Main Activities • Assist in gathering and verifying sustainability-related data from internal and external stakeholders. • Support the preparation of internal and external CSR reports and dashboards (e.g., CSR Dashboards, internal KPIs). • Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices across the luxury and manufacturing industries. • Contribute to competitor benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities. • Provide support to cross-functional projects in areas such as sustainable sourcing, diversity & inclusion, reporting, and circular economy, etc. • Help track progress of CSR action plans and support in documenting project results. • Assist in the creation of presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including the LVMH Group and certification bodies. • Support awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives related to CSR. • Help prepare documentation for audits and certifications (e.g., ISO standards). • Support internal assessments and supplier evaluations linked to ethical and sustainable practices. • Support the design of internal materials to raise awareness on CSR topics such as climate change, diversity, responsible sourcing, and ethical business conduct. • Support data gathering and analysis for supplier and third-party due diligence assessments. • Assist in mapping value chains to identify potential environmental, social, and human rights risks. • Contribute to the development of internal tools and procedures to support due diligence processes aligned with applicable laws and LVMH guidelines. • Help monitor compliance with internal and external due diligence obligations and participate in drafting reports and corrective action plans. • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Operations) to promote responsible sourcing and risk mitigation strategies. Technical Skills • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of CSR/ESG principles, due diligence frameworks, and regulatory trends (e.g., human rights, environmental compliance, responsible sourcing). • Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus. • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
